From nibbles, cheese and charcuterie, to family style dishes, our homemade menu evolves with the seasons, and we work closely with local suppliers to source the finest produce that the region has to offer.
WINE CELLAR.
We believe in making sure the wine we serve is perfectly crafted from grape to glass. Sustainable, organic or bio-dynamic, our wines are vertically sourced; meaning we are working directly with our producers.

RESERVATIONS.
With or without reservations
At Paulette, we like to keep it easy. You can book a table or simply walk in — we welcome parties of up to seven guests for both.
Group reservations
For groups of eight or more, we offer a set menu with pre-orders, requiring a minimum of two courses per guest. It helps our kitchen prepare with care and ensures everyone at your table enjoys a relaxed, convivial meal.
Private hire
Planning a bigger celebration? Paulette is also available for private hire, so you can make the whole bistro yours. Our team will work with you to create a warm, family-style experience with good food, good wine, and plenty of joy.
